Phase 01 — Setup
Get Your Group Online
Create Your Organization & Group
Sign up and create your organization in minutes. Set your scoring format — Stableford points or stroke play — configure handicap rules, medal amounts, and how many rounds count toward eligibility. Then create one or more groups under your org (morning group, senior group, weekend warriors — whatever fits your club).
Add & Invite Players — They Join Free
Enter your players' names, handicaps, and email addresses. With one click, send each player an invitation to create their free account. Players never pay a cent — your group subscription covers everyone. Once they accept, they're in your group, tied to their player record, and ready to sign up for rounds.
Phase 02 — Scheduling
Build Your Season
Create Your First Round
Schedule a round with a date, tee time, course, and which group is playing. Set the number of holes, scoring type, and any special rules for that day. The round instantly appears on every player's dashboard so they know what's coming.
Set Up Weekly Auto-Scheduling
Configure a Default Week template: which day, what time, which course, and which groups play. Your Golf Group auto-generates rounds on your recurring schedule so your season runs itself. Change any individual round without affecting the template.
Phase 03 — Signups
Fill the Field
Players Sign Up (On Their Own)
Once a round is published, players see it on their My Signups page and sign up with a single tap. The system automatically checks counting eligibility based on your group's rules. Admins have full control: open or close signups at any time, manually add or remove players, and see the live field in real time.
Phase 04 — Round Day
The Day of the Round
Make Balanced Teams
Open the Team Maker to see the signed-up field. Choose Auto — which snake-drafts players by handicap for the most balanced teams possible — or Captain's Pick mode, where the system assigns captains who then draft their own teams. Once teams are set, drag and drop to make any final adjustments.
Print Scorecards
Generate print-ready scorecards directly from the Teams page. Scorecards are laid out two-per-page with the full hole-by-hole grid, player names, handicaps, and team assignments. A separate bet sheet is included for side games, plus a pro shop results sheet to post the day's field.
Score Live From Your Phone
No separate app to download — the live scoring page is built right into your mobile browser. Players open the scoring page for their round, see their team's scorecard, and enter gross scores hole by hole. Points calculate instantly. The entire group can watch scores update in real time.
Phase 05 — After the Round
Close It Out
Post Results & Update Everything
After the round, an admin opens the Post Results page and enters the scores. The system calculates each player's new handicap, updates the org-wide leaderboard, credits reward points for playing, and logs the round to history. Medal pools split automatically. Every player's average is recalculated for next week. No spreadsheets, no manual math.
